IQ Lifestyle provides consulting services to fitness facilities and music studios.  2024 has some BIG projects in progress and we will update more in due course about the undergoing projects.

We provide consultation on fit out and design; equipment; marketing; launch events and more - from the early stages, right through to post-launch.

Additionally we offer recruitment services to match fitness facilities and musicians with the right team members.

IQ Lifestyle's unique business model means that the recruitment team and consultants have direct experience in all aspects of the music and fitness industries.  We work as trainers and musicians; we also work business to business providing for management; we understand the logistics, budgets and technical requirements involved; we are aware of the legal aspects pertaining to businesses; we understand and can provide proper training for staff AND we spend time getting to know each of the candidates and businesses we work with personally, thoroughly researching the background of companies and candidates.

2024 MAJOR PROJECTS

• KERZNER - We are proud to be the supplier of the Yoga, Boxing, Indoor Cycling and Pilates Reformer instructors at SIRO hotel, Dubai (the UAE's first recovery hotel) since September 2024.  Additionally we are supplying instructors for special events at other Kerzner properties including Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, Dubai.

• ​DUBAI FITNESS CHALLENGE - We were the supplier of the 2024 Dubai 30 x 30 Fitness Challenge In-house coaches for the Martial Arts, Boxing, Kids & Teens, Spin, Lift and Row zones on Kite Beach as well as all the in-house coaches for Za'abeel and Al Warqua fitness villages and the Schools Programme, for the whole 30 days (26 October-24 November 2024).  A huge project under the initiative of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

• ONGOING STAFFING - We are urgently looking for  1 x full-time female Indoor Cycling instructor and 1 x female receptionist wh acn cover studio cycling sessions when needed.  Positions are for a new luxury concept in Ajman.
